За прв пат во историјата на Ромскиот Традиционален Крис, на 13 Октомври 2017 година во Белград беше промовиран Кодексот на однесување на Крисот.

Ова значеше уште поцврста верба во работата на членовите на Ромскиот Традиционален Крис, кој ја земаа обврската за целосно и професионално извршување на својата задача како ромски крисари.

Кодексот беше промовиран и образложен пред присутните делегати во Сава Центар - Белград за време на Парламентарната средба на ИРУ на 13 .10.2017 година.

Changing the new composition of the Presidency of the IRU headed for a year and a half is Zoran Dimov and the participation of the Assembly of ERTF in Strasbourg confirmed the new status of the oldest and respectable World Roma Organization, the last day of the meeting the decision was made to forming Executive Committee ERTF, who will be one of the important pillars of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg to address Roma issues, gypsism and emigration.

This directly ERTF and all its affiliated organizations give importance to that IRU work openly, transparently and firmly in addressing all the core issues related to the Roma population.

Among other things, the Committee Chair of the ERTF Vuolsantra Miranda, President of the IRU Zoran Dimov, and among other Asmet Elezovski from NRC Lars Demetri MP from the PCER Samka Ibraimovski, Rutko Kawczinsky and others.


As part of the activities of the International Romani Union - IRU in relation to meetings and holding a meeting of the members, delegates and the Office of the IRU in the coming period which will discuss the vital plans and programs in the period to stand Zoran Dimov as president IRU will visit with some of the IRU members from Serbia.

The meeting will be held in Belgrade, where he will coordinate all necessary activities related to the meetings that lie ahead.

At the same time these days despite Serbia Dimov has scheduled meetings and meetings with other members of IRU such as Hungary and Slovakia.

These meetings will be held from 8 to 10 June.

Delegates attended from America, Sweden, India, France, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, England, Serbia, Macedonia, Finland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, Switzerland and Romania.

Within the collaborations and the further activities of the President of the IRU Zoran Dimov and the Vice President of the Gypsy Council of America California, Anatoly Butakov signed the Memorandum of Understanding between these two Roma organizations. 


This Memorandum declares that both parties will make efforts to strengthen the collaboration when it comes to Roma issues. 


This is done in order to raise their socio-economic and also their cultural and language conditions and the identity of the Roma, and to create an even stronger unity between these two organizations.


The IRU and the Gypsy Council-USA believe that the power and the successes come through collaboration between various partners, where every partner contributes with his expertise. 


However, the IRU obliges to help the Gypsy Council-USA with cultural events regarding the Roma culture and heritage. Also there must be a link between the Gypsy Council-USA and the Roma communities where the Gypsy Council - USA does not have any present branches, and to help the Gypsy Council-USA to assist these communities. 


Also, the Gypsy Council-USA obliges to connect the IRU with the Roma communities in the United States and to help the IRU to contact and to help these communities. 


The Gypsy Council obliges to help the IRU and to work with various authorities and institutions in the United States (e.g. The United Nations).
