and the General Secretary of the IRU Ramush Muarem, also amongst the present was the Swedish Minister for  Culture and Democracy Alice Bach Kunke. During the Conference the President of the IRU Zoran Dimov and the Chief of all of the IRU Commissions Rosita Gronfors had a meeting with the Minister Alice Bach Kunke, wher they discussed several subject related with the Roma from Sweden and the Roma from the region overall. They presented the Strategic Framework of the IRU to the Minister and presented the activities which follow. Also, the Minister Kunke mentioned that Sweden as a democratic country makes efforts for total integration of the Roma in all of the spheres of life.

A lot has been achieved, but still they will continue to strive for higher achievements. Also, the Minister said that she will strive to realize several introduced projects from the IRU which have close relation in the fields of the Culture and Democracy. However, as a reminder, on the 1st of October in Stockholm, the meeting of the IRU Commissions will be held and the Commissions will present their Strategic Frameworks and programs in the period until 2020.
