The meeting was led by the Chief of all of the Commissions and the organizer of this meeting Rosita Gronfors and also by the President of the IRU Zoran Dimov. The presentation was on a high level, there were discussions, which made for quality presentation from all Heads. Also, several Heads of Commissions which from justified reasons couldn't attend this meeting were connected via Skype and in that way presented their Strategy and also took place in the discussions. 

The discussions were full of democratic transparency and open dialogue. At the end of the meeting the Chief of all of the Commissions Rosita Gronfors presented her activity and presented the team which will work for the IRU Women Lobby. 

Also, all of the Strategies were adopted and it was mentioned that according to the dynamic of the first results are expected until the end of the year, as well as in the first quarter of 2017.

The meeting was attended by Rosita Gronfors and the Heads of the Commissions: Gregor Julson, Stefano Kuzichov, Phien O Reachtingen, Joseph Jones, Joseph Patric Jones, Khuram Khan  Veerandra Rishi, Ajtena Berafla Milena Mihailovič, Ramuš Muarem , Thomas Phil, Fred Taikov,Roger Lee, thaj po Skype o Grattan Puxon, Stevo Radul Balog, Jasmina Ahmetaj thaj o Gerard Linder.

However, according to the activities of the IRU already on the 8th of April in Wien, Austria a big event will be organized to mark the International Day of the Roma with several political and cultural events, and also the IRU will organize a big event on the 2nd of August in Krakow, Poland marking the Romani Holocaust. A worthy mention is that Khurram Khan will be the representative of the IRU in the Board of the ERTF. Also, this meeting of the IRU Commission was followed by several important guests from the Swedish society and plitical life such as En Margaret Lif - the mayor of Stockholm, Angelina Dimitri Gaisa, Diana Niman, a Romani activists in battle against „Anti-Gypsism„ and also the famous Romani activist for the women's lobby and an MP in the European Parliament and President in the ERTF Miranda Vuolastranta from Finland.
